As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the central point of contact for our customers. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve commercial objectives.

  • You manage your own customer portfolio and act as the first point of contact, actively identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions.

  • You seize every opportunity to increase sales through smart upselling, cross-selling, and sharing attractive promotions.

  • With smooth order processing and sharp credit management, you ensure a seamless customer journey from quotation to delivery.

  • You provide an excellent customer experience by proactively addressing after-sales and resolving customer challenges quickly and professionally.

  • You gather and share valuable market insights from customer conversations. This helps you and the team to seize commercial opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • You work closely with the field sales team to achieve sales results together.

Job requirements

You have a commercial drive and are not afraid to pick up the phone. You enjoy making sales, but also value maintaining a good relationship with your customer. You manage to find a balance between these two on a daily basis. Additionally, you are accurate and precise; after all, orders must be processed correctly.

  • You are available 40 hours per week.

  • You have an MBO+ level of education and thinking.

  • You are proficient in English and an Asian language.

  • You have several years of experience in a similar role.

  • You have knowledge of MS Office.

  • You have previous experience with SAP or are able to quickly learn it.

With over 65 top Asian brands, including YumYum and Flying Goose, they are THE European representative. Undoubtedly, one of their brands is in your kitchen drawer.

The Inside Sales Ethnic department is responsible for serving one of our largest customer groups: Asian supermarkets and wholesalers. They act as the central point of contact for these customers. Since the customers are spread across Europe and often have an Asian background, the department communicates in many different languages. To strengthen the team, we are currently looking for a new colleague who is proficient in the Vietnamese language.
